Today is the first of twenty one days of Primal living! Our challenge for the first day is an easy one: clear out your pantries. Throughout the challenge there will be times when you get cravings for some of your old standbys. Make it easy on yourself, completely rid your house or apartment of any non Primal nutrition. I can guarantee that at the end of these 21 days the the healthier you will not miss those tempting sweets and treats.
