12042015- Power Snatch/OHS/Push Ups

The Charity Challenge is quickly approaching! Make sure to get signed up at the gym so we know how much food/drink to get for the party after. Also, check out the silent auction we have going at the gym. Remember, 100% of everything we raise will be going to Pathfinders Milwaukee. 

Strength/Skill:

Snatch Balance and Overhead Squat Practice

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes of:

3 Power Snatch (up to 115/75 lbs)

6 Overhead Squats

9 Push Ups

*rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 5 cycles*
