With a group of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

Partner 1: Row 250m/Airdyne 15 cals/Run 200m

Partner 2: Max Reps Burpees to 45 lb Plate

Partner 3: Max Reps Weighted Sit Ups

*Rotate through once partner 1 finishes their station, after you hit all three movements rest one minute as a group and then start up again*
