Strength/Skill:

Rotation of:

Heavy Sled Push x 1 length

Wall Climb x 2 reps

Reverse Snow Angel x 10-15 reps

FLR from Rings x 30-45 seconds

Workout of the Day:

With a team of four or five:

Run Around the Block together

Once everyone returns:

Get a Rower to 2000 meters and an Airdyne to 200 calories

With the remainder of time

Move the Mountain as Many Times as Possible until 20 minutes on the clock
