Alternating Reverse Front Rack Lunge x 5 each leg

Strict Toes to Bar/Knee Raise x 5-10 reps

Single Leg Deadlift with Kettlebell x 8 each

Workout of the Day:

With a group of three complete as many rotations as possible in 25 minutes: 

Partner One: Run 300 meters

Partner Two: As many rounds as possible CIndy

Partner Three: Rest
