Half Kneeling Dumbbell Arnold Press x 8 reps each

Strict Pull Up x 3-5 reps

V-Ups x 5-10 reps

Workout of the Day:

5 rounds of:

1 minute Bike or Ski

1 minute Kettlebell Deadlift + Carry

1 minute Push Press (95/65 lbs)

1 minute rest
