06182013- Wall Ball/Pull Up/Run

We have added a few more classes to our schedule. The new classes are as follows: Monday: 5pm

Tuesday: 545am (starting 6/25)

Wednesday: 5pm

There are also now Level 1 classes on the schedule. These are replacing the On Ramp that we used to run and are for people new to CrossFit. If you ever want a refresher on the mechanics of some movements or want to slow it down a bit you can also sign up for those classes.
