Strength/Skill:

12 minute rotation:

a. Weighted Strict Pull or Tough Vertical Pull Variation x 4-6 reps

b. Single Arm Bent Over Row x 8 each

c. Front Rack Lunge x 5 each

Workout of the Day:

With a team of four rotate through stations for 18 minutes:

Athlete One: Run 200m

Athlete Two: Max Kettlebell Swings

Athete Three: Max Burpees

Athlete Four: Rest
