03192013- Deadlift/Burpees

March Madness is here! Put your fitness to the test and get signed up for the CrossFit 414 Bracket Challenge. Attention: I will be in for surgery tomorrow morning at 7:30am. If I am drugged and acting silly I will not be able to make it to the evening class. In that case, there will be an open gym from 6-8pm. There will be a prescribed warm up and then the workout with some accessory work. I will update tomorrow with the status of the gym. Thanks for understanding.

Strength:

12 minutes to work up to a Deadlift 3 Rep Max

Workout of the Day:

Every 90s for 15 minutes:

2 Deadlift- Make these challenging but they should be quick off the floor for all 20 reps.

6 Burpees over Barbell
