Remember that this Friday is the start of the CrossFit Games Open. We want as many people as possible to come to "Friday Night Lights" at 530pm on Friday. We will run through the workout in judged heats and celebrate together afterwards. You do not need to be officially signed up online to come to this. This is a community event and we want you all there!
If you cannot make Friday at 530pm here are your options to hit the Open workout:
- Come to either the 630am or 430pm class. These will be similar to a normal class and the Workout of the Day will be the Open workout.
- If you will be a little late on Friday still come and we will just put you in a later heat.
- There will be Open Gym time on Saturday at 11am to get a score for the workout.
