For time: 50 Box jump, (24″/20″) 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, (45 lb/33 lb) 50 Back extensions/ Super man 50 Wall ball shots, (20 lb/14 lb) 50 Burpees 50 Double unders

* Exercises may be completed in any order, however you must complete all 50 reps of each exercise before moving onto the next. 30 minute time cap
