We offer free one-on-one introductory sessions throughout the week for people interested in starting CrossFit. During your hour-long introductory session, we introduce you to CrossFit's training methodology and our coaching philosophy at CrossFit414. We also discuss your personal fitness goals so that we can help you reach and exceed them. Each introductory session ends with a baseline workout to give you an idea of what CrossFit training is like. All you need to bring is your workout gear and a positive attitude!
